Nothing quite prepares you for the utter ecological destruction of the #HS2 train project. Here @sharronwarddirects was filming a number of giant ancient oaks that had been felled, right here on a #naturereserve The #StopHS2 #treeprotectors had valiantly tried to stop these oaks from being slaughtered – but to no avail.
